The peterConnects Attendant is a high-end attendant-console allowing you to easily handle large amounts of calls easily. The software is easy to use and offers smart features to allow for a flawless call handling.
The software was originally designed for the Cisco Call Manager where it had been used by thousands of operators all over the world. Especially for the @COM Business Manager is cooperation with manufacturer had been setup by TechNetworks to add Asterisk support to their software and the @COM Business Manager using a CSTA add-on and the @COM Connect software (AsteriskConnect). As a result this software is now available for the @COM Business Manager.
