@COM Voice Recording (a.k.a. Voice Logging) is a function that is used more often than ever before. @COM Voice Recording is ideal for companies using Call Center features and that want to improve their quality; supervisors can now playback all conversations with their employees and check their performance. However the system is also very useful to simply record your calls for legal purposes.
@COM Voice Recording Features
The following Voice Recording features are available:
- Web-based user interface, with:
- Overview of all recordings. ( Call-ID, Start date/time, Duration, Caller ID, Called number )
- Playback of recordings using HTML5.
- Bulk downloading of recordings.
- Recording features:
- Record all inbound calls or to specific DID's.
- Record all outbound calls or from specific phones. (via separate routes)
- Record in GSM or WAV format.
- Record up to at least 3600 hours in GSM format, or 660 hours in WAV format. (*)
- Schedule daily, weekly or monthly auto deletion of older recordings,
allowing for more space to become available for new recordings. - Automatic e-mail warning to administrators when recording disk space is about to run out.
- Automatic recording stop and e-mail when recording has stopped due to no more recording disk space.
- Auto Archive features (Backup);
- Schedule daily, weekly or monthly auto archiving of older recordings.
- Transfer archive to FTP, FTPS or SFTP server.
- Automatic deletion/clean-up of archived recording on system,
allowing for more space to become available for new recordings.
- A Web-service API based on JSON/RPC is available to download recordings to third-party applications.
(*) Available recording time depends on the storage partition size on the installed disk of the @COM Business Manager.
For safety reasons only half of the disk space is available for voice recording.
You can easily enlarge your storage capacity by backing up your recording to an external FTP, FTPS or SFTP server.
